What is your particular interest in the project?

"ForMOVe connects very well with the topic of my master thesis which I recently finished. My thesis is about the migration politics of the United States that force migrants to wait in the Mexican border towns throughout their asylum processes and the experiences of waiting of Central American female migrants affected by this policies. In many cases, not only their reasons to leave their countries of origin and their experiences crossing Mexico are shaped by acts of organized violence. Also their experiences while being stuck in the border towns are deeply formed by experiences of organized violence or the fear of violent attacks, especially for female migrants."
